Ch!na plays by its own rules. The C c p members at/above a certain level receive money that is printed but kept out of circulation, with the only ‘rule’ being that it must be spent in other countries. They are using it to purchase whole communities in Canada, and probably other places- the documentary I saw was based on hot money in Canada. Canada and US play by certain rules, and with no respect for those rules, much can be accomplished. It’s like having access to extra monopoly games’ money supplies while everyone else just uses what they received at the start of the game!
